Training for the Marathon
There is a lot of information out there in the cyberworld about marathon training. Check back here from time to time. I will be posting links to interesting sites and training programs that I run across. There is no magic bullet. You still have to do the work. One of theses schedules will probably strike your fancy. Good luck and stay well. - Larry

Pace calculators can be a huge aid when your mind goes blank and you want to stay on pace. In my IronMan races I would write my desired mile splits on a wrist bracelet. That way I would be able to see my splits rather than have to think. I knew the thinking thing wouldn't happen.
